An agent working for the Elzion Judiciary. He's smart with a strong sense of justice and self-confidence, using his skills in data analysis to help his investigations. He's often seen with two pods. Clock, the black pod, is for processing information. Retro, the white pod, is for...special tasks.
Cetie is a hybrid between fire-elemental attacker and defensive support, used for his (separate) skills that cripple an opponent’s INT and nuke heavily. Like all spear users, he has high innate physical defence and can be trusted to tank physical hits.
· He cannot be both an AF maintainer and a damage dealer.
· He requires MP management due to his low MP pool.
· Besides his VC, his debuffs are not guaranteed.
An excellent unit to bring to bosses with magic skills. Being paired with a unit that can extend the AF gauge also allows him to reliably ramp and nuke bosses who are weak to fire and pierce.

Cetie will continue to shine in boss battles that require INT debuffs. However, there is a chance that many people will find themselves using him less as more elemental multi-hit units come out.

Cetie’s INT down on entry may be used to reduce damage from magic attacks. SPD down is helpful for high level bosses that can outspeed the party, allowing friendly units to go first and set up debuff for survivability or wipe them out before they can attack.

This is Cetie’s only multi-hit skill that is worth using. Not only can it help to build/maintain AF gauge for other DPSs to land more hit, especially if the enemy is weak to pierce, it also increases the damage of your fire units.

His main nuking skill - while he may start off with low damage and is a single hit, it ramps up with his PWR up stack (60% max), allowing him to hit bosses like a truck. The long duration gives Cetie some flexibility to use other skills without losing his buff.
