A young boy who uses nanotech installed inside him to turn the moisture in his body into steam. He is able to weaponize this steam by manipulating its pressure. However, the process puts a lot of stress on him - he'll lose control if he becomes overwhelmed. He seems all too aware of the fragility of humans.
Dewey is a water-type support/attacker unit recognisable for the support he provides for water teams, strong INT debuff and AoE Sleep.
· Dewey’s biggest draw is his ability to buff the attack of water and fist units greatly (there are many other alternatives for INT debuff/type resistance buff), and he loses that if not placed with other water or fist units.
· As a fist user his MP pool is very low.
Dewey is useful as a mob clearer thanks to Sleep Spread and is a good unit for water teams.

· Casting Sleep on multiple enemies to give time for heals
· Boosting damage of water and fist units
Dewey will continue to be beneficial to full-water teams, whether used as more of an offensive unit, or a support one. His greatest use will be for buffing water-users that use physical attacks against any type of boss.

This provides an elemental attack and power buff to all frontline units, which stacks well with Dewey’s water resistance down VC and similar skills of your other units.

This is Dewey’s main attacking skill to be used in AF--a straightforward skill that deals more damage with his water-type buff skill and water resistance down VC. The 50% buff also stacks well with his power buff and water resistant down and provides an immense damage boost for fist units.

By being able to provide INT and SPD down on an enemy, Dewey is able to shield your units from magic attacks very well, and allow them to outspeed the boss to attack or further apply buffs or debuffs. Do note that neither of these debuffs are guaranteed.
