An unusual young woman who refers to herself as "Squid." After living in the wilderness for so long, she now acts on instinct the moment she senses danger. She doesn't show her emotions much, but when she's happy she squirms like an octopus. She's a mystery, no one can tell where she's from or where she's headed.
Nagi AS is an earth-elemental attacker. She is praised by many players for her overwhelming damage output, and for good reason, especially with the varied debuffs and buffs with her kit.
· Low MP pool with high MP cost moves, although this is mitigated by the passive effect on Tentacle and how quickly fights end with her firepower.
· As her moves are all single-hits, she cannot extend AF reliably.
· She lacks defensive moves, and may require other support to stay alive to set up.
· She lacks AoE moves to clear mobs.
With all her varied offensive buffs and debuffs, Nagi is able to deal devastating damage to bosses, even to those who are not weak to earth.
· Increasing damage of earth-type and Slash units
· Killing bosses quickly (you likely do not have to worry about their high HP or gimmicks)
Nagi AS remains the top damage dealing Earth-type unit used for many bosses, especially when future units who support her as an axe/earth/slash unit are released.
Ride the wave!
Power of user +20% (2 turns)
Once I've got you, I won't let go.
Power of user +30% (2 turns)
This power is to defend!
Power of user +40% (2 turns)
A straightforward skill to boost her attack even more. As it lasts for 2 turns she is able to rotate in and out more freely, and still get the damage boost.
Slash attack on a single enemy (S) and Slash resistance -20% (3 turns)
Slash attack on a single enemy (L) and Slash resistance -25% (3 turns)
Once again, Nagi is able to increase her own damage output (and output of other Slash units) with this move. Since both the slash and earth resistance debuffs last 3 turns, Nagi is able to stack all these debuffs (along with her VC) more easily.
Earth type slash attack on a single enemy (S)
Slash attack on a single enemy (M) and inflict Stun
Earth type slash attack on a single enemy (M)
Slash attack on a single enemy (M) and restore user HP and inflict Pain
Earth type slash attack on a single enemy (XL) If target is afflicted by Pain, the attack does more damage. Power increases proportionately to the number of tentacles stacked. After skill is used, all Tentacle stacks are consumed.
The idea is to use this move after reaching four Tentacle stacks. With the varied debuffs and Pain infliction, Nagi is able to reach impossibly high numbers and essentially take out bosses who do not resist earth very quickly.
Earth type slash attack on a single enemy (XL) + Earth Resistance of target -20% (3 turns: stacks 4 times) and Inflict Pain (ignores target resistance) Upon skill usage, stack a tentacle on user. Tentacle: Power is increased and MP consumption is reduced (max stack: 4)
This is the skill to use before Nagi’s full power is unleashed with Strangle. Her earth resistance debuff is guaranteed, and matches cleanly with the max stacks of Tentacles she is able to obtain. Additionally the Pain infliction is guaranteed, and all these amount to a very high damage output from Strangle. The MP reduction provided passively by Tentacle also allows you to repeatedly use Nadalia Edge more freely.
