A samurai from the east who is on a secret mission. Despite his youth he is an expert with his katana. He keeps his emotions in check, so can seem cold, but actually has a lot of humanity. He has deep love of cats, and is known to always have some cat treats on his person.
Review
Shion AS is a non-elemental pseudo-tank/attacker unit, recognized for his counterattack and multi-hit neutral attack.
Drawbacks
· Edged Assault cannot get damage bonus more than once in AF
· His low HP pool makes it harder for him to tank hits but the phys resistance buff from Slumbering Dragon more than makes up for it.
· He cannot counter magical attacks.
Useful for
Shion AS may be used in bosses that hit hard physically to soak up damage and counterattack hard in return. However, he has a slow playstyle that usually requires rotations and planning ahead.
· Building up and sustaining the AF bar
· Tanking physical hits
Futureproof
Shion AS will still be useful against physical-hitting bosses, especially because he provides great damage on the side. ((Fun fact: you can use him to solo kill Azami as he is right now!))

This is Shion’s main attacking move. Being a multi-hit move, it is able to build and sustain AF effectively, and the stacks of Warrior’s Spirit burn allows him to hit hard. Unfortunately, it will not benefit from any elemental modifier. The minor debuff also helps for survivability. While small, the debuffs may still help him tank attacks and help your team outspeed.

Physical resistance of user +70% and Performs Fire type slash counterattack on a single enemy when physically attacked (XL),
stacks a Warrior's Spirit on user (1 turn)
Warrior's Spirit: Power increases with number of Warrior's Spirits (max stack: 3)

This skill allows Shion to turn into a pseudo-tank with his drastic increase in physical resistance, and the stacks gained will increase the power of Edged Assault significantly. Guaranteed rage allows him to be a reliable tank that can dish out some damage upon getting hit, especially if the enemy has a multi-hit attack that quickly builds up his stacks.
