In order to get the Rooster Jade Base
, we need to do 2 things during the Lunar New Year 2017 event.
1. Obtain the Rooster Lunar Lantern
by capturing the Costumed Rooster Mouse

2. Collect and light 10 Lunar Lantern Candle
Do not forget to lit the candles after getting the lantern. You can only lit the candle once you have obtained the lantern above.
