This aged, ancient, elderly, broken down, exhausted, decrepit, over-the-hill terror has been lying in wait for what seems to be an eternity to defend this long lost city district. This horror is kept alive by the same ancient powers that flow through the Manaforge, the Dark Library, and the Templar's Sanctum.

Not nearly as powerful as she once was, this shade of her former self is still quite formidable. In all of these years she still has not been replaced as the primary guardian to the hidden inner chambers of the city.

Base: Deep Freeze Base
Bait: SUPER|brie+, Gouda Cheese
Note: Hunters must arm the Deep Freeze Base to catch Icewing Mouse and then complete the Hidden Depths in fewer that 250 hunts to enter The Deep Lair and encounter this mouse. The Deep Freeze Base is not necessary after having caught Icewing Mouse, so a more powerful base can be armed as Hunters target this mouse. This mouse is a guaranteed catch on hunt 250, but only if attracted to the Hunter's trap. Therefore, it is recommended that Hunters arm SUPER|brie+ for that final hunt.

Finally solving the question as to how the Iceberg is propelled, the Deep Mouse lives well below the Iceberg, dragging it relentlessly towards the shores of Gnawnia.

Only the most dedicated hunters will ever be able to encounter this monster, let alone defeat it!

A courageous sea explorer! Risking life and limb to explore the depths for all of mousekind! Fascinated with what lies beneath the deep, him and his team of explorers trawl the ocean floor looking for unexplored sunken history. Finding the odd treasure here and there is also a big plus!

By using antiquated diving equipment, it saves him from having to pass emissions testing imposed on newer diving gear.

The greatest warrior of the mighty Nerg tribe guards the village from not only enemy tribes and hunters, but also any strange creatures that wander in from the jungle. Their roar shakes the tree tops and is mistaken for thunder amongst the residents of Gnawnia.

Note: This mouse can only be attracted and caught in Twisted Garden.

Constantly seeking liquid, never able to get quite enough, the Dehydrated Mouse can only be lured out of hiding if sufficient moisture soaks the nearby area. But until he can find such a paradise, he is doomed to wander, lonely and dry.

Judged by the other mice to be too overzealous with the explosives to help with tunneling operations, Demolitions Mice blow trap mechanisms using piles of home-made dynamite that they place strategically along weak points. How do they make dynamite using the kinds of materials that mice typically get their hands on? Well, the recipe happens to be a closely guarded trade secret. If they told you, they'd have to pin a tail on you and cover you with fluff.

Part of an unsavoury crew of pirate mice that used to sail the seas long, long ago. Something just wouldn't let these mice rest down under in Casey Jones' Closet and now they are looking for others to join them!

This is one crew you do not want to be apart of.

The slender physique and fierce personality of the Unicorn Mouse makes it an ideal cheese predator. It defends its territory with its deadly horn, ready to pounce on any cheese carrier and-- what? I'm describing Zugzwang's Derpicorn Mouse? Oh dear. Well gentle reader, there is only one thing to know about the Derpicorn. Produce cheese, and its will is yours to command, assuming that you are on an errand that requires a rotund white mouse. As for the Unicorn Mouse, that's just impossible.

An eccentric type of fish, totally oblivious to everything in the ocean, even foregoing eating and sleeping if something shiny happens to catch their eye. You know when one is nearby based on its whale-like howls and echoing cries (it thinks it's a whale).

Long and loud howls can be heard wherever Derpsharks congregate. There is nothing to fear, however, as they are relatively harmless to others. But it is wise to keep your distance when they gather, because they might not notice you nearby and overwhelm you with their massive crowd!
