With the number of locations available to destroy ghostships, one might wonder which location is most effective to kill ghost ships.
The idea is each ghostship has a number of HP, which will be decreased based on the points of captured mouse.
Currently there are 2 recommendations based on the veterans aorund Gnawnia:

With the current situation, catching a mouse in Grand Duke only area destroys the ghostship.
