Lawful Lifeguard Trap

An undercover law enforcement droid has taken post as a lifeguard. Using the height of the lifeguard chair gives him an excellent view of any unlawful behaviour in the area.

Unfortunately this droid is not waterproof so it can't perform any actual lifeguarding tasks from any water related incidences that may occur.
