Seasoned Gouda

This seasonal delight is best served chilled, with a light frosting of icing. The hardened curd is far too tough for most common mice, who will pass it by in fear of chipping their teeth! But for truly hardy mice of discriminating taste, no other cheese is so delightful at this time of year.
