This frighteningly frigid fiend inhabits the deepest, coldest regions of the Ice Lairs where the average temperature is dangerously close to absolute zero. From this icy throne, Arcticus commands a chilling army of Ice Dragons whose sole purpose is to make the entire world as cold and unforgiving as their master's heart. This terrifying dragon's icy breath is so powerful that some believe it may be the true origin of Gnawnia's icebergs.
