When it comes to getting your hands dirty, Dreck Grimehaven is the utmost expert! His job is to seed the entrance to the Toxic Tunnels with extremely volatile, bioluminescent, super slime. Few realize that the defensive qualities of this process are actually just a convenient side effect. The task's original intended purpose was merely to give the tunnels a more festive glow to help combat their rather dismal reputation.

Many Fire Dragons look towards this wise, elderly dragon as something of an oracle; a beacon of light to guide their way through the dim depths of the Flame Caverns.

With icicle-sharp focus, this chilly combatant lies in wait to intercept any intruder foolish enough to wander into the Ice Lairs. They're especially known for their keen eyes, everlasting patience, and utter disdain for any creature with a discernible body temperature.

This small, frigid fellow has been tasked with defending the Ice Lairs but is maybe not really the best mouse for the job. He is trying his best but is constantly getting distracted by all the pretty icicles everywhere and has a tendency to not be around when he's needed.

Many of the jobs required for defending the Toxic Tunnels would seem grotesque and unbearable to most mice but for the Poison Dragons, they're considered a treat! This mouse has a particular affinity for dredging up the slimy goop that gives the Toxic Tunnels their unique aroma.

This frosty frontliner has been tasked with defending the entrance to the Ice Lairs in the Draconic Depths and judging by the battle scars lining that ice shield, it takes its job very seriously!

The flaming fury of this fiery fiend seems to be fuelled by just about anything it can get its fangs on. Its avaricious appetite forces it to remain in the lower depths of the Flame Caverns where the heaviest and heartiest treasures can be found, hoarded, and eventually consumed.

This clever and covetous creature has an unbridled obsession with seizing control over all the power and wealth that the many elements have to offer. It slithers and flutters throughout the Elemental Dragons' Den counting, collecting, and claiming every inch as its own personal domain to be protected at all costs.

The putrid stench that permeates the Toxic Tunnels can mostly be attributed to the work of this particular Poison Dragon. He makes it his life's work to pop all the poisonous pustules that grow throughout the tunnels so that their foul spores can spread freely along the underground air currents. This pungent odour acts as both an air freshener for those who dwell in the Toxic Tunnels and a repellent for those who attempt to invade them.

After losing his tenure at the School of Sorcery, the relentless and resourceful Mythweaver came to realize that fantasy alone would not be enough to finally defeat the pesky humans and their persistent MouseHunters. He realized that he would need something much bigger and more terrifying this time. He needed something that struck to the very core of human fear, that burrowed deep into the psyche of MouseHunters and awakened some primal terror that has remained dormant since the time of their most ancient ancestors. He needed something so great and terrible that it would instantly remind the humans of their lowly place in the hierarchy of species.

After much searching, he eventually discovered a book much older and more primitive than the folktales he had been rewriting thus far. This book described a very different world with very different masters from a time long before the age of humans. A time that was ruled by fear and ferociousness, where only the mightiest and most ruthless survived and thrived; a time when mercy, compassion, and civilization were concepts yet to be discovered. T'was the time of dragons!

The Mythweaver studied the Tale of the First Dragons extensively and learned a most shocking and fortuitous discovery: the age of dragons had not ended, it was merely awaiting the beginning of its next chapter! And so, with quill in hand, inhibitions unfettered, and delusions of grandeur abound, he set upon that most villainous deed of penning the next chapter himself.

He followed the directions spelled out in the book and it led him deep below the Folklore Forest to a place that time forgot: the Draconic Depths. Deep within these coarse, cacophonous caverns, the Mythweaver discovered the hidden home and true origin of all the dragons in Gnawnia. Every great dragon that he had studied from the world above could trace its origins back to these dark and dangerous depths. From the furious flames of Kalor'ignis to the frigid ferocity of Icewing and all the way back to the great Dragon mouse itself. All of these legendary beasts once called these depths their home.

Here the Mythweaver had everything he needed to amass the greatest and most terrible army of ancient monsters with which to lay waste to the human world above. So he used every ounce of his fabled magic to transform himself into the mightiest dragon of them all and named himself their Emperor. Now he intends to lead this legendary legion up to the surface and dispose of the human Kingdom of Gnawnia once and for all. That is, unless the strongest and bravest MouseHunters can face their fears and descend into these dreadful depths to put a stop to this heinous plan before it takes flight!
