Years ago, the Acolyte mice brought necromancy to the Kingdom. Their undead creations rose from the depths of the Catacombs, with the sole purpose of destroying Gnawnia.
Hunters’ lore states that the first-ever MouseHunter devised a way to turn the spells of the Forgotten Book against the Acolytes and banish them to another realm of existence, somewhere between the dead and the living. Had it not been for Plankrun’s heroic efforts, the small village of Gnawnia may never have become the prosperous town it is today. Now that they have returned, the Acolyte mice are amassing their creations, preparing to achieve their dark destiny: the eradication of each and every MouseHunter! Mousehunt Wiki page

Unknown until a terrible catastrophe known as the "March 7 Distortion", where all of Gnawnia experienced a massive ripple in time, this mouse has an obsession with the passage of time, to the point where some argue he has been driven to the brink of madness and represents one of the greatest threats in the land!
Others differ, however, and speculate that this mouse is solely responsible for the smooth passage of time, and that his recent appearance in our realm is due to overuse of the Clockapult of Time, or the clockwork-like sounding of hunters' horns, every fifteen minutes. Regardless, he is reclusive and powerful, and hunters who wish to challenge him will need all of the courage they can muster. Mousehunt Wiki page

Still as stone and cold to the bone, this eerie statue sits alone.
Stare upon its ancient face and forever be locked in its embrace.
Blink and ask yourself, "Did it just twitch?", and with nothing will your cheese be switched.
O, these mice are slick! Theirs is the art to abscond.
Look away for but a tick and your cheese will be gone!

Even the most skillful hunter must be very wary of the extremely dangerous Gorgon Mouse. A quick gaze into the eyes of this creature will instantly petrify any hunter. Most MouseHunters suggest some form of protective eyewear such as a bucket over the head or glasses made with thick wooden lenses. Sure, you won't be able to see, but at least you won't end up as a permanent lawn ornament!

These mice maintain order in the Catacombs to keep the dead... dead. Keeper mice appear to have a strange control over the other forgotten mice, capable of bending them to their will and preventing their escape to the Mousoleum. These mice may just hold the key to discovering the secrets of the Catacombs.

Strong, diligent and hard working, these assistants to the Keeper mice are a valuable tool for helping to keep the Catacombs in tip top condition. Whether it be ushering the restless undead mice back to their caskets (usually with a heavy hand), or simply being a body guard to the Keeper. To them, extreme and excessive force comes naturally.

Lore describes these mice as older than time itself. These once-powerful kings, old and greedy with power, became desperate to hold on to life. Their bodies have long died, yet their spirit lives on.

These mice adapted in order to navigate the various small passageways of the Catacombs by producing a slimy ooze. After years of further adaptation, these mice learned to use this as a defense mechanism to envelop would-be predators.
