Armadillo Lizard
A lizard which inhabits rocky areas in the South of Africa, and grows to about 20cm long. It has hard scales along its spine. When it's attacked, it runs and hides in rock crevices. But if there's nowhere to run, it will bite its tail and roll its body into a ball, using the scales on its body as defense.
