Barbary Lion
A lion inhabiting mainly the regions from the Atlas Mountains to Egypt, also known as the Atlas Lion. Its body size is larger than the regular lion and its manes are darker and longer extending over the shoulder. Because of this, it's been a target for trophy hunting and showing since ancient times.
