Elephanta Cave Temples
A temple on Elephanta Island located in the northwestern part of the Indian Ocean. It's rock-cut architecture, predominantly dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva. Most of the stone statues are heavily damaged as the site was used as a firing range and for target practice in the 17th century.
