Icon of Saint Christopher
An icon of Saint Christopher passed down within the Orthodox church. Although the icon is traditionally of a giant with a dog head, it is said that Saint Christopher was converted to Christianity and then martyred. In Russia, the icon was changed to a human form under the reason of 'removing pagan influences.'
