Kallawaya's Medical Herb Jar
Kallawaya were a group of shaman who lived in the Andes mountains. They played the role of doctor and philosopher, and were close to the people of the Andes. The Kallawaya had a deep understanding of medicinal plants and they prepared medicines for their patients from the wild grasses that grew in the mountain fields.
