Mammatus Clouds
Details
A phenomenon in which pouches of clouds can be seen hanging under the base of a cloud. It is thought to be created due to the movement of turbulence within or at the bottom of the cloud. As such, when observing this phenomenon, beware of heavy rainfall and storms.
