Mont-Saint-Michel
A monastery built on top of an island floating in the Gulf of Saint-Malo. The tides change drastically in this area, and it's possible to walk to the island during low tides. It was also used as a stronghold during the Hundred Years' War between England and France. Due to its mystique, it has also been described as a 'Wonder of the West'.
