Pin-Tailed Whydah
A small bird found in Africa. The males have pretty long tails. However, the tail only lengthens during the breeding season. Males are brightly coloured with white and black feathers and a red beak, but the female is a plain and sober brown. The male flies round and round the female, trying to attract her attention.
