Strait of Belle Isle
A strait located between North America's Labrador Peninsula and Terra Nova. It is an extremely narrow strait with an average width of only 18 km and a maximum of 60 km. The current is strong and the fairly bad climate produces occasional fog and strong winds, which makes sailing the area fairly difficult.
