The Royal Inca Mummy
In the Incan Empire, the bodies of the royal family were mummified and retained their authority even after death. That is why there was little revolt against the king in the Incan Empire. The mummy was dressed in the same clothes they wore when they were alive, were given food, and said to communicate with the other mummies of kings.
