Theravada Scriptures
Scriptures that document the core doctrine of Buddha. Theravada is a branch of Buddhism, and is the dominant form of religion in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, and Thailand. The scriptures are believed to have been used by the founder of the Pagan Empire, King Anawrahta, to spread Theravada across his empire.
