Tsukiyotake
Poisonous mushroom that grows in dead broad-leaf trees. When accidentally consumed it causes a hallucinogenic symptom of blue vision. It has been known in Japan as a poisonous mushroom since ancient times and also appears in Anthology of Tales from the Past.
