White Sugar Dessert
A model of a mansion or castle, made solely from white sugar. Served all over Europe at banquets for royal aristocrats since ancient times, after appreciating the dessert visually, it is then shattered in front of the audience. In order to display the wealth of families, luxurious accessories are sometimes also added to the dessert.
