Wisent
A large land animal that lives in the deep forests of Europe. It resembles a cow, but is taller, at just under 2 metres. It can be seen on grassy plains, near places with lots of water, and on hills. It has been hunted since ancient times. Numbers are falling due to years of hunting and deforestation.
