There's some debate as to why the Lost City was lost between dimensions, but the actions of certain mice are definitely suspect. This mouse was known to dabble in all kinds of unsavory arcane activities and rituals. However, since he was trapped like everyone else, suspicion quickly waned.

On the day the Lost City was lost, this mouse was putting the finishing touches on a "phase-crystal converter array", which he swore would be "totally harmless". No-one will ever know though, since before he could activate it, everyone and everything got trapped between dimensions and the means to activate the device destroyed.

Always arguing that ancient and forbidden texts should be opened and revealed, this mouse and his constant quest to unearth secrets best left buried is a prime candidate as to why the city was lost in the first place.

On the day of The Sundering, as some mice are calling it, this thief had successfully infiltrated the Inner Alchemist's Sanctum, having disabled countless defences to get there. Unfortunately, many of these defences were also stabilizing devices for the various experiments being conducted there. Whether this contributed to the loss of the city is anyone's guess...

Lightning storms within the Rift are unlikely to be caused by an actual weather system. Instead, concentrated electrical anomalies on the surface charge up the air. Closer inspection of these anomalies has shown that they originate from within the mice themselves!
Coursing with electric currents, this mouse acts like a reverse lightning rod. His shocking subatomic particles allow him to absorb and store large amounts of electric ions from the atmosphere into which he can easily release with a wave of his hand! Mousehunt Wiki page

These little guys were some of Zurreal the Eternal's first creations. Zugzwang's magical library is so expansive that parts of it are still unexplored; it is much bigger on the inside than on the outside. Legions of these mice are created to travel the great halls and map the tower, but their efforts continue to fail. Either the creations are not intelligent enough to map out the library effectively, or the library's magics make it impossible to reach the ends.

The Extreme Everysports mouse doesn't know the meaning of the word erinaceous, but then again, you had to look it up too. He also doesn't know how to quit, or even what that means, and you DON'T have to look that one up.
This is one accomplished mouse. Training day and night is the only thing this mouse seems to know (along with a few words). Capable of dominating in nearly every sport known to mousekind, he is a fierce competitor in the Great Gnawnian Games.
