This year's Lunar New Year costume is so realistic, so lifelike, there was trouble finding a mouse brave enough to put it on. But since it's a lot less scary from the inside, a line quickly developed to be the costume-wearer.

Usually, there are two mice who dance in this costume for the New Year's parade, but this year the mouse that holds up the back end of the tiger costume was sick. So, its partner gets to have all the fun, dancing in the parade, eating all the candy, nearly getting squished by a multitude of Onyx Mallet traps set out by hunters. . . On second thought, maybe the sick mouse was the luckier partner after all.

One of the few mice that crave something other than cheese. A grand vampire modified with strange parts and machinery. His exceptional regenerative abilities probably made him an excellent candidate for live experimentation.

The real question is who could have captured a grand vampire let alone have the resources to keep one restrained...

When it comes to hoarding Ingenuity Grubs, you'll find no mouse better or greedier than the Covetous Coastguard! He is a grizzled, prickly fellow who sees himself as an authority on the shores of the Prologue Pond. He's not afraid to get his feet wet or his hands dirty and can be found grub gathering rain or shine. He has a laser focus and a one-track mind so the only thing that can distract him from his search is the sweet smell of SUPER|brie+.

Traumatized by its terrible experience with a Swiss Army Trap (in a nightmare it had once), the Cowardly mouse sees constant menace in its idyllic surroundings. To this neurotic little rodent, every blade of grass represents a potentially fatal paper cut, and every rose a debilitating eye injury caused by getting too close for a sniff, followed by a bird landing on the bush at the the wrong moment, which causes the thorns to. . . well, you get the picture.

The Cowbell Mouse floods the area around it with the transcendent sound of its chosen instrument. . . clunk-clunk, clunk-clunk. After all, very few songs incorporate the cowbell to its greatest potential, and even those songs could use a little more. To this end, the Cowbell Mouse wanders around, exploring his ‘studio space’ and doing funny little hip movements while he clunks as loudly as possible. These mice will often dance right into traps, distracted by their own noise.

Hidden within its thick shell, the Crabolia Mouse keeps to himself as he crawls along the more shallow areas of the ocean. Slowly and steadily, like the current, he trawls the seabed looking for food and warm places to rest.

Don't let his gentle nature fool you, he has tremendous strength hidden within those cute little claws of his if he feels threatened.
